General information
• Building permits included and paid by Dendor Fine Homes
• Individually designed septic system by approved installer if required
• Tarion New home warranty enrollment fee included, reimbursed to builder on closing

• Driveways Topped with 4" compacted limestone
• 2000 sq yard of sod supplied and installed (any additional required for lot grading certification to be paid by purchaser on or before closing)
Construction Features

• Exterior wall construction with typar house wrap
• Walls insulated to R20, attics to R50, R12 basement blanket insulation

• Poured 8ft, concrete basement with damp proofing, delta wrap and weeping tile
• Superior fibre added to garage floor for extra strength with expansion cuts
